Igeya helps Every Group member to track and stay updated and notified by sending SMS notifications on transactions and activities of the group.

Contributions

Record All Member Dues, Levies, Donations, Savings, Offerings, Fund Receipts etc as Contributions to the Group, using Contribution Tags to Identify each type of Contribution. Members are able to track these contriobutions on the App.

Withdrawals

Capture Withdrawals you make from the group finances for expenses, deductions, project payments etc, to specific Tags.

With Batch Withdrawals you can allocate Group expenses or Administrative Costs to each active member of the group. You don't need to capture a withdrawal for every member. You only need to specify the amount to be withdrawn from each member, the contribution tag and a common description, and Thats All!

The system does the automatic withdrawal and notifies the Administrator, when all the withdrawals have been processed.

This is a cool feature for cost allocations to all members.

Use Cases

Religious Groups - Record any type of member collections or donations, individually or anonymously, record outlflows, provide Admin Viewer access to Leaders to promote transparency.

Committee of Friends - Create a group for that special ocassion for your friend/family, and record all inflows to support that cause.

Cooperatives (Savings/Loans) - This is a great platform for your Business, allowing you to add new members to your cooperative, with SMS invites. Small Businesses - With Igeya, you can track Sales and Expenses of your business, by creating a group for the business, tags for products/services or category of products/services, and also create tags for regular expenses.
Your regular Customers are then created as members, and can receive sms & app notification receipts on each purchase.
Each sale is captured as a Contribution to the product/service tag, each product expense is captured as a Withdrawal from the product Tag, while general expenses are Withdrawn from Expense Tags.
Igeya provides you with a periodical overview of your Income Statement, on your palms.
